Child Abuse needs a voice, and should never be hushed. It's an epidemic, and happening all around us, but we don't see it. Abuse is not always physical. It can be emotional and verbal. They all leave the same scars, I know. I hide my own. In my Young Adult, If I Knew Then , Angel suffers in silence. I hate scary things. Yep, I  said it. Things that lurk in the dark, and go bump in the night turns me into a big baby, hiding under the blankets. I loved taking the kids out on Halloween, but made sure we were in early. When we would walk up to a house decorated for the evening, with things jumping out from the bushes, I was the one running away, screaming. My children would laugh at me and continue on thei...
